Terms of use
In short: the app is licensed under Apple's standard terms. Units 1 and 2 are free. Premium is paid through Apple, renews until you cancel, and Apple handles refunds. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.
1. Who we are
Unlearn Math is a trading name of StreamlineXpert Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15222760. Registered office: 81a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE. VAT number GB 528 1708 85. Email: hello@unlearnmath.app.
2. These terms
These terms cover the Unlearn Math app and this website. Your licence to use the app is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, together with these terms. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies. Our privacy notice explains how we handle data.
3. Free and Premium
- Free: Unit 1 (Addition), Unit 2 (Subtraction), Today, streaks, reminders and Live Activity.
- Premium: everything free, plus every unit from Unit 3 (multiplication and beyond).
4. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT and may differ in other countries; the App Store shows your price before you buy. Payment is taken from your Apple Account when you confirm.
5. Renewal, trials and cancelling
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- If you start the yearly free trial, you are charged £39.99 when the 7 days end, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Unlearn Math. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
6. Your right to cancel and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. When you buy Premium you ask for access to start straight away, and you lose that right once you start using Premium content. If something goes wrong, or for any refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple processes all payments and refunds. You can also email us and we will help.
7. Price changes
If we change a subscription price, Apple tells you before it applies. If you do not agree, cancel before the new price starts. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
8. Using the app and this site fairly
Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or scrape the app, its lessons or this website, and do not try to break or overload them. The app's lessons, design and content belong to StreamlineXpert Ltd.
9. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the app correct and available, but it is a training tool. Check important sums before you rely on them. If digital content we supply is faulty, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund.
10. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not allow it, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
11. Complaints
Tell us at hello@unlearnmath.app. We acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or the app changes. We update the date at the top. If a change materially affects a subscription you already have, we tell you in the app before it applies, and you can cancel.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
